Sparkling wine is made from Chardonnay, Aligote, Pinot Noir, Riesling grapes grown in the historical wine region of Fanagoria of the Taman Peninsula, with the addition of no more than two percent aged wine in oak barrels before fermentation.
The color is light straw with a greenish tint. The aroma is complex, harmonious, with notes of white fruit. The taste is fresh, refined with a wide range of shades of citrus fruits.
