Sparkling wine from light pink to pink is made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gurzufsky pink grapes grown in the historical wine region of Fanagoria of the Taman Peninsula, with the addition of no more than two percent of wine aged in oak barrels before fermentation.
The aroma is fresh, berry. The taste is soft, harmonious, floral with touches of ripe strawberries and strawberries. A delicate aftertaste reveals notes of wild berries.
